Manchester United coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is offering Paul Pogba the captaincy in a bid to convince the midfielder to stay at Old Trafford and shun Real Madrid move. The French midfielder, 26, has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Man United this summer, with Real Madrid a likely destination. United will be without a captain from the end of next month when Antonio Valencia leaves the club. His deputy, 33-year-old Ashley Young is likely to play a reduced role next term with United targeting a new right-back this summer. According to ESPN, Solskjaer is willing to offer the 26-year-old the armband in a bid to keep him at the club ahead of a squad overhaul this summer.
